Chief Financial Officer Solar PV. Leading international energy developer with an exclusive focus on Solar PV led by a dynamic trans-national team. Operations in South Africa commenced 15 years ago, with a large and ever-growing international footprint, including both land based and floating solar solutions and over 1GW of pipeline in both Solar and Hydrogen.

The CFO South Africa is a critical and key leadership position with key potential to double in size and profitability in the coming years. Reporting into the Group Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for leading the Project Finance for the South African organisation, leading and overseeing all project financing activities and ensuring a robust oversight function for South Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and present financial plans and strategies for growth to the CEO on an international level.
• Drive the financial planning and analysis efforts.
• Oversee consolidation, cash flow, cash management, working capital and company audits.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Track progress against goals and identify top and bottom-line growth potential.
• Manage the full financial forecasting, processes, policies, controls, procedures, and reporting systems.
• Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Promote excellence.
• Deadlines driven.

Key Experience:

• 10 years experience in an international company in project finance.
• 10 years experience focusing on consolidation and audits.
• 2 years experience in renewables.
• Ability to handle complex entities, superb attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Commercial acumen.
• Relevant degree or master’s qualification in Finance, Project Financing.
• CA qualification.
