Lawyer REIPPP / Solar PV Full Time

Lawyer REIPPP / Solar PV. Based in Cape Town you will be responsible for contracts development and negotiation, corporate law, official notes, transaction documents M&A negotiation, creation of pre-arbitration letter, participation in due diligence of the project companies, representation of the interest of the company in arbitration courts.

Required Experience:

  • At least 2 yrs REIPPPP
  • At least 5 yrs of similar professional experience (legal consultant, legal advisor, layer)
